General description: Performs a variety of administrative functions, including providing administrative and clerical support to members of senior staff, acting as liaison to Board of Directors, handling incoming mail, distributing mail, logging incoming cash into account receivable, greeting visitors in main lobby, answering, screening and transferring callers from main switchboard. Quick-thinking, diligent, passionate individuals needed to assist Advocacy & Public Policy staff during legislative session. Special Events Intern

Responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of Planned Parenthood of Indiana’s 2010 Gathering of Goddesses and Gods event to be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010. This intern will assist in all areas of event planning, including mailings, writing, database management, solicitations, auction and vendor coordination and various other logistics duties. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience planning a major event for approximately 650 guests. General description: This position will assist in the development and maintenance of agency websites.
