Read over the list of suggested topics in a comprehensive sexuality curricula. After reviewing the topics again, did you have concerns about any of the topics?

Did you think that some of them were appropriate for just older kids rather than all kids?

Were there topics that made you nervous or uncomfortable when you thought of trying to discuss them with your kids? If so, which ones?

What about the topics make you uncomfortable specifically?

Sometimes we are uncomfortable discussing sexuality with our children because we think that they are "too young." Did you find yourself thinking that at anytime?

Other times we feel uncomfortable because we have to talk about topics with our children who are not of the same gender as us. For example, sometimes fathers feel uncomfortable discussing menstruation with their daughters or mothers feel uncomfortable talking about wet dreams with their sons. Did you find yourself having any worries or concerns about how you would discuss a particular topic with your child for this reason? Which topics were they?

After seeing a list of the suggested topics in a comprehensive sexuality education, were there topics you did not feel you were informed enough to discuss with your children? If so, what topics were they?
