How much does it cost?
Just the price of the contraceptive supplies plus $3.00 shipping/handling (rush delivery extra... see "What if I'm in a hurry?" below). Medicaid patients and those in certain health centers get free shipping. Call (800) 421-3731, ext. 1166 for details.

How do I order?

You must fill out the form every time you'd like to order more contraceptive supplies.

"Automatic Ordering"

You must fill out the form once a year at the time of your exam in order to continue with enrollment.

How do I pay?
If filling out the online order form, you must pay by credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
If filling out the printable order form (PDF) to send via U.S. mail or Fax, please enclose a check or money order payable to Planned Parenthood of Indiana, or you can have it billed to your credit card.
Medicaid is accepted.

What contraceptive supplies can I order?

Please visit your nearest health center for NuvaRings and diaphragms.

How many packs of contraceptive supplies can I order?
"Order As You Go"
You can order as many contraceptive supplies as is left on your current prescription until you are due for your next exam.

"Automatic Ordering"
You will automatically receive three (3) packs of contraceptive supplies every three months until you are due for your next exam. If there is less than three months until your next exam, you will receive enough contraceptive supplies until then.

How long will it take?
"Order As You Go"
It takes up to 14 days for your contraceptive supplies to arrive.
Remember to order early so you can start your new pack on time.

"Automatic Ordering"
It takes up to 14 days for each shipment of three (3) packs of contraceptive supplies to arrive.
Remember, you must sign up for this plan once a year at the time of your exam in order to continue receiving your contraceptive supplies automatically.

Orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days.

Why mail it to Columbus?
These programs are based in our Columbus health center. However, any Planned Parenthood of Indiana patient in the state is eligible to participate as long as you are a current patient of Planned Parenthood of Indiana.

What if I’m in a hurry?

Submit your order online as soon as possible! Or, call us at (800) 421-3731, ext. 1166. You may also Fax the printable order form (PDF) to (317) 637-4328.
For $7.95, we can send your contraceptive supplies via U.S. Priority Mail (2-3 days).
For $20.50, we can send your contraceptive supplies via U.S. Express Mail (overnight). Additional fees will apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
Don’t forget to include your Visa or MasterCard information.
