Order your contraceptive supplies online. Planned Parenthood of Indiana is pleased to be able to offer you a simple and fast way to get contraceptive supplies (birth control pills or Orth Evra® patch) when you need them.
Do I qualify? To qualify to receive contraceptive supplies, you must:
- be a current patient of Planned Parenthood of Indiana with an active contraceptive supply prescription,
- not have an outstanding account balance,
- and have no outstanding medical issues that make taking birth control unsafe.
To complete an online order, you may need a valid credit card and the corresponding billing address.
How do I order?
"Order As You Go"
Order online, or fill out the printable order form (PDF) and send it via U.S. mail, Fax it to (317) 637-4328, or call (800) 421-3731, ext. 1166.
You must fill out the form every time you'd like to order more contraceptive supplies.
"Automatic Ordering"

You must fill out the form once a year at the time of your exam in order to continue with enrollment.
Orders placed after 1:00pm ET will be fulfilled on the next business day. Business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 4:00pm.
