News and Stories: PPIN Announces New Hours of Service for Muncie, Terre Haute Health Centers
(Indianapolis, Ind.) – Planned Parenthood of Indiana (PPIN) today announced new hours of service for its Muncie and Terre Haute health centers.
The Muncie health center, located at 3550 W. Fox Ridge Ln., now provides preventive health care services during the following hours:
- Monday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Wednesday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In Terre Haute, PPIN’s health center at 30 S. Third St. is now serving patients during the following hours:
- Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The Muncie and Terre Jaite health centers continue to offer a full range of affordable, high-quality health care services, including Pap tests, birth control, cancer screenings and STD testing and treatment.
In addition, both centers are currently running a preventive care promotion for their patients: $18 flu shots are available for those 12 and older.
And in Muncie, HIV testing is being offered for $12.50 – half the regular price of the testing.
