Planned Parenthood of Indiana
Public policy

Planned Parenthood of Indiana's public policy department focuses on protecting reproductive rights via grassroots organizing, public demonstration, and our work at the legislative level. For more details on the issues we're working on, please visit our sister sites:

In 1995, Planned Parenthood expanded our public policy efforts by forming a political arm, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Indiana, to increase activity and advocacy around our goals of universal access to family planning services, comprehensive sex education, and safe, legal abortions.

In 2003, Advocates expanded its political efforts by forming a political action committee. Planned Parenthood Advocates PAC is the only political action committee in Indiana founded exclusively to identify and assist in the election of local and state pro-choice, pro-family planning, pro-sex education candidates.

Don't forget to join the Planned Parenthood Action Network of Indiana, so we can email you updates of Planned Parenthood news and legislative activity.
